(Dallas, TX, August 2, 2020) – Chief Warrant Officer Five Phyllis J. Wilson, (Ret.) of Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc. will speak at Association of the United States Army (AUSA) North Texas – Audie Murphy Chapter General Membership Virtual Meeting being held August 11, 2020, via Zoom Meeting. Entitled, “The Role of the Army Reserves During COVID-19”. Her presentation will take place on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the chapter’s Zoom Meeting.
“We are pleased to welcome Chief Warrant Officer Five Wilson and to share her extensive knowledge of the Army Reserves at this summer’s quarterly meeting,” said Patti McCoy, Chapter President, AUSA North Texas – Audie Murphy Chapter. “Each quarter, the Chapter features top tier speakers from AUSA with diverse backgrounds, extensive knowledge in military history and national security concerns.”
Chief Wilson was selected to assume the role of President of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation in September 1, 2019. During more than 37 years of active and reserve service, she has served at all echelons from tactical to strategic, with duty in Germany, Iraq and the United States.
